Data Scientist (m/f/d)

• Data Scientist (m/f/d) in our R&D projects with engineering teams of 2-5 people
• Lead engineering role in AI projects, especially in the areas of LLMs and/or CV
• Depending on your background and your preference, you are building complex production ready systems and digital solutions for a wide range of industries and for different use cases
• Defining the right tech stack and setting up the architecture for the projects by following an agile process using GitLab, Jira, Slack, Continuous Integration & Delivery, etc.
• Mentoring and coaching engineers on AI topics like Large Language Models and Computer Vision, making sure we build high quality products
• Constantly improving our AI Cluster and building up knowledge by introducing new tools, best practices or frameworks and sharing learnings from our projects

• University degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or in similar disciplines
• Deep knowledge with libraries like PyTorch, NumPY/Pandas and models like LLMs/VLMs/LMMs
• Experience and expertise in integrating your solutions into existing production systems
• Curiosity about the latest tech trends and R&D and motivated to develop yourself both technically and personally
• ​Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes common in early-stage product development and interest in learning new tech stacks
• Strong command of English language (both verbal and written), German is a plus
