At Motius we have a structured onboarding process to get you started. This enables a more flexible approach for you and your supervisor. Some of us like to jump into cold water more quickly, while others prefer a longer shadowing phase.

We don‘t track this. We trust you to find the right balance with your team, supervisor, and project owner. There are times when focussing on your work at home is more productive or you want to save commuting time. And there are things that work better in presence. Like getting to know your colleagues, kicking off a new project or welding a prototype in our workshop. We think that a 50/50 model reflects this best.
