Founders Associate (m/f/d)
As part of our Strategy Team, you work directly with our Co-Founder and CEO Zièd, playing a key role in the development and execution of strategic and operational initiatives focused on the continued growth of Motius and our VC fund Spacewalk.

Your Role
- You work closely with Zièd on strategic projects at both Motius R&D and Spacewalk VC
- You identify and analyse technology trends and market movements in the problem space of Motius R&D as well as deep tech trends of Spacewalk VC and translate this into actionable projects in the R&D and VC business
- In collaboration with Zièd, you will shape the structural set-up and continuous development of Motius R&D and Spacewalk VC by identifying potential, optimizing structures and helping to shape processes
Your Profile
- You have an university degree with a technology focus such as TUM-BWL, (business) informatics, industrial engineering or similar
- You already gained first professional experience in relevant areas such as innovation management and product development, preferably as part of student initiatives or management consultancies
- You have a passion for continuous learning and working in a high-performance environment and have strong analytical skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
- You have a confident manner towards various stakeholders and are business fluent in German and English
