After each Discovery hackathon there is a conference in which we share and discuss the results. Here, we learn from each other, compliment each other’s achievements and get inspired!

Project Owners and Tech Specs, but also more and more other teams have clear career tracks, called Talent Journey. The steps, responsibilities, hard requirements, and skill profiles give you a good orientation about where you are and where to head at.

We don‘t track this. We trust you to find the right balance with your team, supervisor, and project owner. There are times when focussing on your work at home is more productive or you want to save commuting time. And there are things that work better in presence. Like getting to know your colleagues, kicking off a new project or welding a prototype in our workshop. We think that a 50/50 model reflects this best.

One of our company traditions is the annual Surprise Trip to a - you guessed it - unknown destination. We celebrate our achievements and cherish our love for the unexpected.
