Challenge
Within a new ecosystem based on telematic data generation in the logistics industry, this project focused on developing a product concept for an underrepresented stakeholder of that system: professional truck drivers. The proposed solution enables better communication between multiple drivers improving their work environment and increasing safety due to more direct checks among them.
Solution
In years past, truck drivers used to speak often with other truckers via CB radio. For various reasons, CB radios are not used much anymore. The new app will allow for voice-based communication and other interactions with other people within a geofence
